Ryan is a Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of MEP design experience in multifamily and commercial projects. He has a strong background in plumbing design and has expanded his expertise into HVAC system design, energy modeling, and BIM coordination using Revit.

Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and is actively involved in the engineering community, serving on the Board of Directors for ASPE and participating in ASHRAE committees. He brings a multidisciplinary approach to projects by combining plumbing and mechanical design experience to develop coordinated and efficient building solutions.

Navid has a B.S. Degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly.  Navid has more than 10 years of experience in both the design and construction of HVAC systems.

Avery is an Energy Efficiency Specialist, with 15 years of experience concentrating on computer modeling of buildings to determine compliance with energy efficiency requirements of Title 24, as well as sizing and layouts for HVAC ducting and plumbing piping. Avery has a B.S. Degree in Materials Engineering, and is a Certified CHEERS and CalCERTS Energy Analyst and Rater, CABEC Certified Energy Plan Examiner and LEED Accredited Professional for new construction.

Kevin has 15 years of experience in the design and construction administration of HVAC systems and plumbing systems for commercial and residential buildings. Kevin has a M.S. Degree in mechanical engineering.

Kristin is a detail-oriented bookkeeper with experience managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate transactions for businesses of all sizes. Skilled in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and QuickBooks. Known for providing reliable financial insights and ensuring tax compliance, with a focus on streamlining financial processes for long-term success.

Dakota joined Fard Engineers after earning his B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal State University, Long Beach. Dakota has a strong foundation in power distribution, lighting systems, and sustainable design.

Zack has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and degrees in Power/ Lighting Systems. Zack has over 14 years of experience in Lighting design and Marketing using AGI32 and Visual 3D.

Bijan has more than 30 years of work experience in design and construction for new and renovation projects including public, commercial, residential, light industrial and educational facilities. Bijan has experience in the design of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and construction management with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and he is a member of ASHRAE.

Matt has 20 years of experience in the design of plumbing systems for residential, commercial, government, TI remodels, and data centers. Matt has a certificate of completion in engineered plumbing systems and is a member of A.S.P.E., I.A.P.M.O. and A.S.S.E.

Shahram is a CAD/Revit Designer who assists engineers in the San Diego office with mechanical design, BIM coordination, and construction documentation. He brings many years of experience in art, design, modeling, and visualization, providing a strong foundation for his work in the engineering and design industry.

For more than eight years, Shahram has specialized in CAD and Revit design, supporting engineers with HVAC modeling, mechanical drafting, Revit implementation, and construction-document coordination. His combination of creative design skills and technical expertise enables him to develop accurate, efficient, and well-coordinated solutions for commercial and residential projects.
