Sean H. Fard, P.E.

Former President and Founder of Fard Engineers, Inc. Sean is an Electrical Engineer with close to 40 years of experience in Design & Construction of Electrical Systems, including Power.

 Perry Saiidnia P.E.:

Senior Electrical Engineer and current Director of Electrical Engineering Department. He has close to 20 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering. Responsible for the design, coordination and management of projects such as: Commercial, Institutional, Educational, Mission Critical data centers, Campus Style high rise office buildings, Residential high rises, hotels, laboratories and Health Care facilities. His responsibilities also include construction administration, budget management and Contractor selection.

Art Quaster:

Senior Electrical Designer, has worked for 35 years in the design of both remodel and new projects in lighting, power-distribution and signal systems, especially as applied to government, educational, residential and industrial type buildings. Art has been with our company for over 30 years and is a member of N.F.P.A. and I.E.S.

Michael Bowden:

Senior Electrical Designer, has 24 years of experience in design and construction for new and renovation  projects, to include, but not limited to public, commercial, military, institutional and light industrial projects. Michael has an AA Degree in Engineering and is a member of I.E.S.

Saed Saiidnia:

Mechanical Engineer , he has more than 20 years of work experience in the design of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for new and renovation projects, including commercial, residential, government and institutional buildings. Saed has B.S. Degree and is a member of ASHRAE.

Bijan Nikravesh: 

Mechanical Engineer, he  has more than 18 years of work experience in design and construction for new and renovation  projects to include public, commercial, residential, light industrial and educational facilities.  Bijan has experience in the design of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and construction management with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering and is a member of ASHRAE.

Avery Ray Colter, E.I.T.:

Energy Efficiency Specialist, with 7 years of experience concentrating on computer modeling of buildings to determine compliance with energy efficiency requirements of Title 24, as well as sizing and layouts for HVAC ducting and plumbing piping. Avery has a B.S. Degree in Materials Engineering, and is a Certified CHEERS Energy Analyst and Rater, GreenPoint rater, and LEED Accredited Professional for new construction.

Matt Constant:

Mechanical Designer, he  has 12 years of experience in design of plumbing systems for residential, commercial, government, TI remodels, and data centers. Matt has a certificate of completion in engineered plumbing systems and is a member of A.S.P.E., I.A.P.M.O. and A.S.S.E.

Kevin Shen:

Mechanical Engineer ,he has 6 years of experience in design and construction administration of HVAC systems and plumbing systems for commercial and residential buildings. Kevin has M.S. Degree in mechanical engineering.

Kyaw Soe (Joe):

Electrical Engineer Assistant.  ,B.S. in electrical engineering from San Jose State University, and has two years of experience in power engineering design. He is a member of IEEE.

Karen Veeraswami:

She is the Office administrator for headquarter Walnut Creek office and in charge of Business Development . She is highly qualified and experienced and has more than 20 years of experience in the field.

Jamila Jordan Barnwell:

Office administrator and business development contact for San Diego office. She is also proficient in CAD,.  She has been with the job for over 5 years.

Linda Reed:

She is in charge of book keeping and account receivable/payable for the office and assistant to the CFO . She is highly competent and has more than 30 years experience in her field.
